RETURNS POLICY

Goods sold are non-refundable, unless fault or breakage occurs within 6 months, where we offer the option of exchange as well as refund.

Please note we cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind. Please choose carefully.

NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON SALE ITEMS.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn’t find.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellry and crystal items are delicate and should be handled carefully. Crystal stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a fault. All pieces come with care instruction information that should be adhered to. Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information on this.

If you wish to return a faulty product, MANIAMANIA will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:

• The product must have been purchased within 6 months of notification.
• You must notify MANIAMANIA by email sales@themaniamania.com with:
o a photograph of the item with a description of the fault
o a "proof of purchase", being either the PayPal confirmation, bank statement, or email confirmation from MANIAMANIA
• MANIAMANIA will respond within 24hrs with a Return ID number and confirmation of the address to post your item.
• Australian customers will be sent $15 via PayPal for shipping. International customers will reimbursed upon receipt of item.
• You must send via Australia Post in a Platinum Express Post bag, no returns will be accepted by any other method.
• MANIAMANIA cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned must be thoroughly packaged with bubble wrap, packed securely and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting
• On International returns You must mark on the postal company's consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
• The item will be assessed upon receipt for fault.
• MANIAMANIA will then repair, replace refund the Price to You in full, replace the Product or exchange for a different Product.
• Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. MANIAMANIA can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability
• Refunds will be made through PayPal. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by MANIAMANIA however, please allow up to 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited.
• Please note that unfortunately, returns may not be made from a MANIAMANIA stockist.

REPAIRS

Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a fee.

EXCHANGE FOR SIZE

You may exchange for a different size within 10 days from date of purchase (15 days for International orders) Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

Note: Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.

VARIANCE IN CRYSTALS
Crystals naturally vary in colour and size. Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, will vary slightly from the photograph.
We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece. If you are concerned about this variance, please contact your closest stockist to choose for yourself in store.
